A restorative space to revive, reconnect, restore and rediscover.

Re-UP! is a talks and workshop programme for people and  teams to learn about and practice Restorative Care. Based on original research by Gaylene Gould, a regular programme has been running for  Global Majority cultural leaders in partnership with Clore Leadership. The programme also has benefits for all.

Restorative Care Practice (RCP) is the regular use of tools that help people repair,  revive and alleviate stress.  RCP is an evolving toolkit of simple mindful, embodied, care-based, creative and relational exercises to quickly integrate throughout your day. When regularly practised they can help create a critical stress-relief valve.  During the research,  participants regularly engaging in care practices reported a healthier balanced life, greater self-awareness and clarity, better decision-making and improved relationships.

A full programme of workshops and talks will be made available soon.  If you would like more information please  get in contact.
